Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $88.00.

The shipping is a flat rate and uses USPS priority or ground shipping.   For orders over $88 we provide free shipping.    This also will use the same USPS priority or ground shipping.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The packages normally take about 3 to 5 business days to be received.   These are hand-crafted products, so if there will be a delay, you will be notified through email.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time we do not ship internationally.   Shipping is only available in the United States.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

 We use Paypal for our credit card processor.   You can either pay with your Paypal account or you can use any major credit card as a guest Paypal user.   You are not required to have a Paypal account.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Our site is using SSL secure certifications and all content on the site is encrypted.   Also we do not store any Credit Card information on our website.   We use Paypal for all payment processing which is the most secure online payment gateway available.  You can pay as a guest and your credit card details are never stored.  Review the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

To place an order, click on the add to cart button for the product you want.   This will add the product to the shopping cart.   There is a small shopping cart icon in the upper left of the screen.  If you click this you will be taken to the shopping cart.  From here you can check out.

Do I need an account to place an order?

We do not require an account to place an order.   Setting up an account will speed up the checkout process and allow you to see the status of your orders.    You can place an order as a guest without any issues.  Review the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once your order is finalized through Paypal and the credit card processed, there is no way to cancel the order.     At this point the order will need to be refunded.   Please contact us in writing to info@indigenousroots.net with the refund request.   Before you have processed the credit card, you can cancel the order at anytime.   You can click the cancel order button from paypal, or you can just close your browser windows.

How Do I Track My Order?

To track your order you would setup an account during the checkout page process.   This will allow you to log in and check the status of your account.    We will also send emails to you informing you the status of the order.

How Can I Return a Product?
