How do you earn points for discounts?

Create an account to start earning points.   

Click Here to login or setup a new account.

When you create a new account you will immediately earn 100 points.  This can be redeemed for $5 off your purchase.

How do you redeem your points?

After you have earned points, the next time you add a product to the cart you will see a link to apply the discount for the points.  To redeem your points click the Apply discount link on the cart or checkout page.

You can view your points in the account administration page.

How many points do you need to get a discount?

Every dollar spent you receive a point.   Every 20 points you will receive $1 discount on your next purchase.

100 points is $5 discount.   You will receive 100 points when you signup for your account.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?


The shipping is a flat rate and uses USPS priority or ground shipping.   For orders over $111 we provide free shipping.    This also will use the same USPS priority or ground shipping.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The packages normally take about 5 to 7 business days to be received.   These are hand-crafted products, so if there will be a delay, you will be notified through email.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time we do not ship internationally.   Shipping is only available in the United States.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

 We use Paypal and Authroize.net for our credit card processor.   You can either pay with your Paypal account or you can use any major credit card as a guest Paypal user.   You are not required to have a Paypal account.  You can also pay using any major credit card through our Authorize.net processor.   All Credit Card details are processed either through Paypal or Authorize.net plugins ensuring safe and secure transactions.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Our site is using SSL secure certifications and all content on the site is encrypted.   Also we do not store any Credit Card information on our website.   We use Paypal or Authorize.net for all payment processing which are secure online payment gateways.  You can pay as a guest and your credit card details are never stored.  Review the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

How do I place an Order?

To place an order, click on the add to cart button for the product you want.   This will add the product to the shopping cart.   There is a small shopping cart icon in the upper left of the screen.  If you click this you will be taken to the shopping cart.  From here you can check out.

Do I need an account to place an order?

We do not require an account to place an order.   Setting up an account will speed up the checkout process and allow you to see the status of your orders.    You can place an order as a guest without any issues.  Review the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once your order is finalized through Paypal or Authorize.net and the credit card processed, there is no way to cancel the order.     At this point the order will need to be refunded.   Please contact us in writing to info@indigenousroots.net with the refund request.   Before you have processed the credit card, you can cancel the order at anytime.   You can click the cancel order button from paypal, or you can just close your browser windows.

How Do I Track My Order?

To track your order you would setup an account during the checkout page process.   This will allow you to log in and check the status of your account.    We will also send emails to you informing you the status of the order.
